Sassy Water Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl;
- 8 glasses of water (filtered water is ideal);
- 1 middle length cucumber, chopped on slices (it is a natural diuretic which helps your body release sufficient water);
- 1 middle size lemon, sliced (digestive support of your organism to cleanse the liver);
- 1 coffee spoon of grated ginger (for keeping the metabolism rate);
- 12 mint leaves.
Preparation:
- Use not peeled lemons;
- Mix all ingredients in the bowl;
- Leave the mixture in the fridge during night;
- Drink Sassy Water during the next day, started in the morning.
